FREE SHIPPING is offered on all orders over $100 within Canada / continental USA (excluding Alaska & Hawaii).
For orders under $100, the following flat rates apply:
- Canada $8.99
- Continental USA $11.99
All orders are filled from Canada. Orders from outside of Canada may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, duties, or other fees. We have no control over the amount of the fees. All such fees are your responsibility, and are not included in the shipping charges quoted to you. Please contact your customs office for information about additional fees.
- How will my order be shipped?
BlushPillows.com ships via UPS with a delivery time of 5 to 7 business days. We typically pick, pack and ship in-stock orders within 1 - 2 business days from the time the order was placed. A business day is considered to be Monday through Friday, not including holidays.
All packages that are shipped by BlushPillows.com do require a receiver’s signature. Signatures cannot be waived. The reason for this is quite simple. If a driver leaves a package at a customer's doorstep without obtaining a signature and that package is then stolen or lost, BlushPillows.com will not be reimbursed by the delivery carrier for the loss of that package. If there is no one present at your residence to sign for a package, please have it shipped to your place of business or an alternate address where someone will be able to sign for and receive the package. Drivers make 3 delivery attempts on a package.
We cannot ship to PO boxes.
- Do you offer rush shipping?
- Please contact us at info@blushpillows.com to check on the availability for rush shipping (Next Day or 2nd Day). Free Shipping is not applicable to any Rush Shipping request.
- Do you ship internationally?
In some instances, we are able ship to countries outside of Canada and the continental USA. If you are in a country outside of Canada and the continental USA, please contact us at info@blushpillows.com regarding the availability of shipping to your address prior to placing your order.
For all orders outside of Canada and the continental USA, you will be billed the actual cost of shipping your order. You will not see any shipping charges in the shopping cart at the time that you place your order. You will be contacted via email with the actual shipping cost and will be required to approve the shipping cost by replying to that email prior to your order being shipped. Please note that the 1 - 2 day lead-time for in stock merchandise does not apply to international shipping. We ship internationally on a once per week basis. Once we receive your e-mail confirmation for the shipping cost, your order will be placed in the queue for our next international ship date.
- How do I obtain a tracking number for my order?
- If you would like to receive a tracking number for an order placed on Blushpillows.com, please email Customer Service at info@blushpillows.com. Please note that tracking numbers are not available until approximately 24 hours after your order has shipped.
- What if my order is damaged?
Please inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt. If there is any damage, contact us at info@blushpillows.com within 2 business days to arrange for a replacement. Keep all of the original packing material. It will be required for inspection by the shipping company.
blushpillows.com reserves the right to refuse returns on damaged goods where the original packing material has been discarded.
- What is your return policy?
You may return all items sold by Blush Pillows within 15 days of receipt. We will credit you your total purchase price less a 5% restocking fee. Your return package must be post-marked within 15 days of the date you received your items. Please note that for orders that received free shipping, the initial shipping charges incurred by Blush Pillows will be deducted from the refund amount if the items being returned reduces your original order total to less than $100. Shipping charges are not deducted if a store credit is requested.
Blush Pillows does not cover your return shipping costs. However, if the return is a result of an error we made in your order or a product defect, we will of course also refund all shipping costs, including your return shipping costs, and offer you a refund or a store credit if that is your preference. Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned products.
We cannot issue any refunds or exchanges for the return of the following:
- Any item that has a return post-mark dated after the 15-day return period.
- Any item that is not in its original condition or is damaged.
